South Africa is approaching a dangerous precipice and is hurtling towards it at an alarming and frightening rate. We are at a point where if we do not do something this country will never recover or come out of the abyss the current government is rapidly shoving us down into. Ordinary, law abiding South African citizens are watching in despair and in total helplessness as the country turns into a lawless, immoral, corrupt, dysfunctional and crime infested cesspool. Glaring and intolerable societal challenges and problems staring the country in the face are being ignored and neglected by the present government without shame or remorse from their side. The degradation, filth and collapsing infrastructure in our cities in South Africa is a painful sight to watch let alone the total disregard of our laws, by-laws and regulations.

It is no longer a surprise to read, see and hear with shock and disbelief:

The merciless killing of public and private individuals by cruel criminals and hired hitmen who brazenly carry out these dastardly acts in our private spaces and within our communities.

The shooting and killing in cold-blood of a man trying to change a punctured tyre on the side of the road in front of his family due to spiking on the roads.

The savage and traumatizing robbery experiences of innocent individuals of their personal belongings in the streets of our cities, suburbs, townships and in far-flung rural areas.

The rampant extortion, brutal assaults, rape and ruthless ransom kidnappings that are taking place in our country something South Africans have not experienced nor witnessed on this magnitude before.

Threats to water provision and reticulation systems to our homes and business premises due to corruption and poor management amongst other factors on the heels of continuous business-destroying load shedding.

The stealing and wanton destruction of our crucial and important economic infrastructure at State Owned Enterprises such as Transnet, Eskom, Telkom and Prasa amongst others.

The sheer pressure and work overload our health personnel and staff are working under due to an unbearable influx of illegal Immigrants who illegally come into the country for health services in general and maternity services in particular.

The high number of ID Documents and Passports that are illegally produced daily across the country as well as free and unrestricted passage of fake merchandise, machinery, food, electronics, clothing and other items into our country

FIRST PHASE

Illegal Immigration, Crime and Corruption in South Africa have reached frightening and alarming proportions and we are at a tipping point in these 2024 elections where the painful phases that countries such as some in Latin America, Middle East and parts of Africa have gone through and some still are would any day now become our daily reality. Frequent execution style killings are now the order of the day in every nook and cranny of South Africa. Regular kidnappings for ransom, blackmail, mafia syndicates, drug & crime cartels and extortion are now the norm in South Africa.

SOUTH AFRICA FIRST has arrived at the conclusion that implementation of the first phase strategy against Illegal Immigration, Crime and Corruption with immediate effect will right-away arrest this national malaise and deterioration. Fortunately there are also benefits that will be simultaneously accrued in the SECOND PHASE by the mere implementation of the First Phase. For example the immediate and rigorous implementation of Illegal Immigration Laws in the FIRST PHASE will automatically yield immediate results in the reduction in the number of patients & pregnant Illegal Immigrants at our Hospitals and Clinics that are already on the brink of collapse due to the high and abnormal influx.

Identification, immobilisation, arrests and prosecutions of kingpins, middle men and foot soldiers in the Crime Syndicates that have infiltrated and plagued our country will be our top priority with the aim of destroying their modus operandi and value chain. Corruption has dealt South Africa a heavy blow in the recent past years as we all know and continues to be part of our day to day lives both in the private and public sector.

When SOUTH AFRICA FIRST comes into power Illegal Immigrants will be given (3) three months to wind up their affairs and go back to their respective home countries. Those that have acquired assets such as properties, cars, investments and companies amongst others through fraudulent and illegal ID Documents and Passports will be given (6) six months to wind up their affairs and return to their respective countries. Both these grace periods will not be extended under any circumstances hence the importance of heeding this warning. All those assets that have been acquired using fraudulent identification documents and passports will be immediately forfeited to the state beyond the six-month grace period as these are proceeds of crime.

After this grace period of three months anyone found without proper, legal identification documentation as everyone will be expected to carry one in public will be immediately arrested and subsequently deported if found to be in the country illegally. The majority of South Africans already carry their identification documents on a daily basis and also know that they must carry their drivers licences when driving on our roads. SOUTH AFRICA FIRST will be affording Illegal Immigrants these two grace periods of three months (for those without assets) and six months (for those with assets) purely on humanitarian grounds because SOUTH AFRICA FIRST is of the view that they should in fact be arrested and prosecuted right away because they’ve committed a crime as is the norm in every self-respecting country in the world. Entering another Foreign Country through illegal means and not presenting oneself through official channels is a Criminal Offence acknowledged and recognised internationally and South Africa is no exception.

SOUTH AFRICA FIRST strongly believes in the principle that charity begins at home and will do everything in its power and capabilities to protect and prioritise the lives, security, health and social welfare of South Africans irrespective of colour or creed. Those who are in the country illegally as well as those who have amassed wealth and assets through fraudulent and illegal means are best advised to start returning home and repatriating all their ill-gotten gains as SOUTH AFRICA FIRST will show them no mercy when it finally catches up with them after the cut-off dates. Those Illegal Immigrants who will carry-on thinking that the country is still governed by the irresponsible and incompetent current government and that the laws of the country can be broken anyhow and anywhere without any repercussions have something coming for them and will ignore these grace periods at their own peril.

The wanton destruction and theft of our Infrastructure at SOEs such as Transnet, Telkom, Prasa and Eskom amongst State owned enterprises will be a thing of the past as perpetrators of these crimes will face full might of the State.

Employers who are employing illegal foreigners will face harsh sentences and punishment that will ensure that they feel the pain for the damage they are causing to our country in general and our citizens in particular. Their unpatriotic stance will be met with zeal and force that has never been seen before in our country and punishment will be severe and painful. All general skills and lower rank positions in listed and unlisted Large Companies, SMMEs, Leisure & Tourism Establishments, Transportation and Freight Industry, Construction Industry and other spheres of commerce will be strictly reserved for South Africans. Households that employ Immigrants and Aliens including the current President of the country will be treated as enemies of the state because they are doing exactly what enemies of states do. Exceptions in terms of scarce skills, trade and specialities will be clearly outlined and strictly adhered to.

Kidnapping, Extortion, Money laundering, Drug Cartels and other related crime syndicates will rue the day SOUTH AFRICA FIRST came to power as they will be hounded around the clock from their rabbit holes and hide-outs. Criminals are coming out with new innovative ways in perpetrating their evil schemes and crimes because crime does pay in South Africa! All the good people and patriots of South Africa across all races must unite and work together to fight against the scourge of corruption which is now embedded in our society. Corrupt practices are now a de facto standard in most business transactions in both the private and public market spaces.

Good, ethical and law-abiding South African citizens are in the majority and far outnumber these corrupt entities and organizations. SOUTH AFRICA FIRST will ensure that good, ethical and law-abiding South African citizens have the law and resources behind them to crush these crime syndicates. SOUTH AFRICA FIRST will channel all the necessary government resources and means from day one towards fighting these three clear and identified beasts of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, CRIME and CORRUPTION. There is no doubt in every right-thinking South African that these three monsters pose a clear and existential threat to our country and sovereignty.

SECOND PHASE

This secondary SECOND PHASE will dovetail the FIRST PHASE due to the integral nature of governance. SOUTH AFRICA FIRST’s policies and principles to be implemented in the second phase will emanate from the LOCAL BLOCKS and percolate through the structures. A private, internal online portal will be made available only to Bona Fide Members for general interactions, policy discussions, formulations and strategies. This process will ensure that the final adopted policy by the NATIONAL BLOCK is a true reflection of the membership.

This open and transparent process will allow each and every member to be part of the policy formulation process and that each member will know the stance and position of the organization on any policy area at any point in time. Chosen and elected servants will also therefore know what their expectations are at any level in the governing structures. Their key performance areas will therefore be a matter of public record with key publicly known milestones in their elected periods. Non- performance will therefore be a matter of public record.

SECOND PHASE will also address a wide scope of societal issues ranging from the return of the Death Penalty to Abortion. The tendering process will also be matter of public record only on Very Large Tenders where the executive of the organization makes public the shortlisted entities to carry out a particular project. The public will then also have the opportunity to statutorily interact with the process.

SOUTH AFRICA FIRST expects every South African to be a custodian of State infrastructure and resources in every corner of the society. Corruption tendencies must be nipped in the bud because a slight change in someone’s lifestyle is easily detected by those close to and around the individual. Fighting Corruption in the FIRST PHASE will also simultaneously address this matter of Wide-Spread Tender Corruption.

Attendance of LOCAL BLOCK meetings will also assist in the various processes and interactions to eventually choose and elect the preferred 20 candidates for ascension and participation in the next structure, namely AREA BLOCK. There will also be information that will cascade down from the founding Calabash mother body. These will range from matters such as the strategic funding for the initial employment of 50 000 people in the Fight against Illegal Immigration, Crime and Corruption in conjuction with existing agencies.

SOUTH AFRICA FIRST is a ground-up political party of ordinary South African citizens who are fed-up and are now raising their hands and standing up together with other fellow South Africans against this avalanche of illegal immigrants, this runaway crime wave that has engulfed the country and seemingly normalized corrupt practices both in the private and public sectors. Funding for the employment of 50 000 people highlighted above will emanate from the ground-breaking strategic policy intervention that will be unveiled only to the membership and relevant structures of the party at the appropriate time.

WAY FORWARD

South Africans who support the pathway and approach outlined by SOUTH AFRICA FIRST, that of the FIRST and SECOND PHASES are welcome to join the organisation by registering in the various available platforms. The LOCAL BLOCK is a very important and critical component of SOUTH AFRICA FIRST. It is the nucleus of the organisation and it is the spring-board and fraternity where the Local Councillor, Mayoral Committee Member, Mayor, Member of The Executive, Premier, National MP, Minister and eventually the President will emerge from.

However SOUTH AFRICA FIRST wishes to strictly emphasise that this evolvement and internal election processes within LOCAL BLOCKS should take place in a Free, Transparent, Caring, Non-sexist, Non-racist, Classless and Harmonious Environment and with Respect at all times. Registered members of SOUTH AFRICA FIRST will then be issued with an All-Important Party Political Card which will be used for the Lifetime Membership of the member. This card will be used in regular LOCAL BLOCK meetings, AREA BLOCK meetings, METRO BLOCK Meetings, PROVINCIAL BLOCK Meetings, NATIONAL BLOCK Meetings and Conferences to ensure smooth registration of members and proper prior accreditation at all times.

Unlike with other organizations where branch elections are pre-determined and everyone in the inner circle knows who for example the branch secretary will be in advance. SOUTH AFRICA FIRST will grow organically and ultimate leaders for the various structures and levels will emerge from the LOCAL BLOCK.

A LOCAL BLOCK will consists of 100 members who will then choose 20 members to be part of the next level, namely an AREA BLOCK. An AREA BLOCK will in turn consists of 200 members who will choose 50 members to be members of a METRO BLOCK. Each METRO BLOCK will consists of 500 members who will in turn also choose 100 members to be part of the PROVINCIAL BLOCK. Each PROVINCIAL BLOCK will consists of 1000 members who will choose 100 members to be members of the NATIONAL BLOCK. A Province with a higher number of LOCAL BLOCKS will obviously have a higher number of delegates in the NATIONAL BLOCK which will be under the auspices of SOUTH AFRICA FIRST founding mother body, The Calabash. The NATIONAL BLOCK will then form Government. The main role of the Calabash is purely administrative and implementation of the FIRST PHASE as the SECOND-PHASE strategy and policy direction will emanate from the LOCAL BLOCKS.

Registered members will be allocated in LOCAL BLOCKS according to their respective localities. Due to historical race-based spatial housing phenomenon in South Africa there are obviously going to be LOCAL BLOCKS across the country that will comprise wholly of coloured people and the same will be replicated in Black, White and Indian areas. However LOCAL BLOCKS can also consist entirely of Groups of Individuals, Local Associations, Social Groups, Industry Bodies, Farmer Associations, Friends, Issue-based Organisations, Stokvels, Academic and Professional Societies, Agricultural & Farming Kooperasies, Sports Organizations, Burial Societies, Taxi Associations and Organisations, Media & Art Fraternity, Church Organisations, Community Based Organisations, Labour Unions, Cultural Groups and Ordinary Families more especially those who have experienced direct negative effect and impact of Illegal Immigration, Crime and Corruption.

The geographical flexibility in the formation of LOCAL BLOCKS is to allow those groups that have more than 100 members irrespective of geographical proximity to constitute a LOCAL BLOCK (100 members) and put forward 20 names of people they feel are capable of carrying this agenda forward. South Africa is full of Men and Women of high Integrity, high morals, disciplined, qualified and hard-working who are sitting in the shadows watching this disaster unfolding in front of their eyes. Ordinary South Africans are yearning for Safety and Security and are tired of living in constant fear of their lives and their loved ones. This is the time to put aside Racial prejudices, Tribalism, Ethnicity, Racial profiling, body-shaming and chauvinistic tendencies and focus on the things that affect all of us namely Crime, Corruption and Illegal Immigration. An open, fair, unbiased, transparent and democratic selection and election process within the LOCAL BLOCKS, AREA BLOCKS, METRO BLOCKS, PROVINCIAL BLOCKS and PROVINCIAL BLOCKS will be the cornerstone and pillar of SOUTH AFRICA FIRST in determining all the structures and levels in the organisation. This will ensure that the final product, namely the NATIONAL BLOCK is not only openly and democratically chosen but that it is also a true representation of the people on the ground across all spheres of the society.

LOCAL BLOCKS in one section in Eldorado Park will be able to consolidate their elected members with other elected members from nearby sections. Movement would be allowed horizontally across Blocks who are in the same level but not vertically. South Africa First will achieve its FIRST PHASE objectives through the initial employment of over 50 000 unemployed people across the country. These individuals will be strategically and integrally placed within the existing governing structures to ensure victory against these three monsters of CRIME, ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION and CORRUPTION. Funding for this initiative will not come from Treasury but rather from the game-changing strategy that has been conceptualised by SOUTH AFRICA FIRST and will be unveiled only to fully registered Members in due course. These individuals will form part of the soon to be established

Immigration Enforcement Force, IEF that will focus on border management and Immigration.

Anti- Corruption Agency, ACA that will focus on corruption with its associated tentacles.

Crime and Narcotics Agency, CAN that will focus on crime and related areas

Labour Enforcement Agency, LEA that will focus on labour matters and related areas

Existing State bodies dealing with these identified areas will work together with new entities to ensure that the overall objectives are achieved.

These employment opportunities will unashamedly be prioritised for people who totally embrace SOUTH AFRICA FIRST strong Immigration Policies and unequivocal stance against Crime and Corruption. Crime in South Africa has reached such high proportions that one can safely say that it is now a Pseudo-Mafia State and sliding very fast even further. South Africans are for the first time witnessing such horrific and brutal images that they have never seen before in their whole lives. Public Officials who are expected to be custodians and guardians of our wealth and resources are instead amassing and diverting this wealth towards themselves through corrupt and illegal practices for self-enrichment.

Resources of any country are finite and can only cover and support a certain number of citizens.
